Ryan's Preschool Graduation

Well schools out for Ryan. He had his preschool graduation this past week. He's looking forward to finally being able to start Kindergarten and ride the school bus. Glad the summer can finally start!!

Here are a few pics from Madison's dance recital this year. As always the company put on a fantastic show. I can't believe how much my little girl is growing up and what a wonderful dancer she has become.

Spring BreakThu

Madison and Ryan had their spring break this week. We certainly kept busy and had lots of fun. Monday we went to the park and a couple of Madison's friends came with us. Wednesday we went to the park again with Lesley and her kids and Patrick and his kids. We grilled out while the kids played. I must say for being a first time griller I didn't do too bad. Thursday Lesley and her crew and I and my crew went to the zoo. The kids had a blast! Friday Lesley and the kids came over to play for the afternoon. It has been a great week and it sure was nice not to worry about getting homework done. It will be nice to have at least a little bit of a break when they go back :). Another Year; Another Dance Competition

Madison had her first dance competition this year. I must say they did a fantastic job. She was in 3 dances. 1st was an ensemble with her best friend. They did a hip hop mix. They won 1st place in the Mini Ensemble Division. She received a medal and is so proud of her accompolishment. 2nd was a jazz dance. She even had a little solo part in it. Again her and her team did a great job. They won 2nd place in All Star Mini Jazz Division. Her 3rd dance was a hip hop dance. (Her favorite type of dance is hip hop :)) The whole team really rocked it on the dance floor. They won 1st place in the All Star Mini Hip Hop Division. Here are the videos of all 3 dances and a few pics from today. She has another dance competition in 2 weeks and she will preform her jazz and group hip hop again, and her final one Feb 13th where she'll preform her hip hop ensemble.
